Control Mart Limited - Our Company have been established in March 1990. We are a recognized trading and engineering company for HVAC control products and Electrical Light Voltage (ELV) System, during the past years; our distribution network covered in Hong Kong, Macau and successfully diversity our business into P.R. China. We were authorized by Siemens Building Technologies, Johnson Controls and Honeywell Controls selling their HVAC control products, also, to promote their CCMS System on project-by-project basis.

We now have a good team of experienced engineers (include China region) work for our organization, we must say we have gained a good reputation in HVAC market for previous years, and, we will continue our effort to provide the best service in Automation Control Market, including maintenance for both Government & private sector.

Apart from being a HVAC control specialist, we also participate our business into Fire and Security field since 1998.

In year 2000, in order to cope with our business expansion in China, as well as the great atmosphere of China was going to be member of World Trade Organization (WTO); we signed the Joint-Venture agreement with China Fu Li De Co-operation Sixth Branch office. (中國富萊德六部). Our business in China was smoothly executed under the JV Company named Jin Hua Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Company Limited.(金華机电設備有限公司).

In October 2002, we announce that our first own company. Control Mart (Guangzhou) E&M Equipment Supplier Limited (廣州皆能德机电設備有限限公司). At this time, our existing sale networks expand into Chengdu, Qingzhou, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Guangxi,, Hunan, and Wuhan. They all will also be under the same management from Control Mart Limited Hong Kong.

Another great event also came into the year of 2002. We have successfully transferred our existing service and maintenance business to our subsidiary company – System Mart Limited which established in February 2002. We honor to our mission, our service objective; we combine the action of a Team. (Our Chinese expression 'Team Work – tuan dui jing shen 團隊精神'), we will gather the spirit of our group. We look forward to being service with our customers until now.
